Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-14
By using YouTube Outlier MCP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
1. The Service
The Service provides analysis tools over public YouTube data via the Model Context Protocol. It uses YouTube API Services. Derived metrics (e.g. view multiples, outlier scores) are produced by the Service and are not YouTube official data; they must not be presented as such.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to scrape YouTube, to resell raw YouTube API data, to build products that misrepresent YouTube-sourced data as your own, or to violate any YouTube policy. You are responsible for how you use the output.
3. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of availability or accuracy. YouTube data may change or be rate-limited; quotas may cause temporary unavailability.
4. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access to comply with YouTube's requirements.
